Personal information you provide to Fixgold (such as name, contact details and KYC information at launch), how it is used, how long it is kept, and who it is shared with — including any regulated gold providers involved in the platform.
Your rights
Under applicable law you have rights to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. We intend to make exercising these rights simple — see the Data Request page for how.
